May 7, 2026Property Statement Filing Deadline (No Penalty)
Last day to timely file Property Statement (Agriculture, Apartment, Business, and Vessel) without a penalty.
May 25, 2026Memorial Day
Holiday - Assessor's Office Closed
June 1, 2026Property Statement Amendment Deadline
Last day to amend timely filed Property Statement (Agriculture, Apartment, Business, and Vessel) for errors or omissions.
June 19, 2026Juneteenth
Holiday - Assessor's Office Closed
July 1, 2026Completion of Local Assessment Roll
Assessor must complete the local assessment roll and deliver to Auditor.
July 3, 2026Independence Day
Holiday - Assessor's Office Closed
August 1, 2026Assessed Value Notice Deadline
Last day to provide property owners with notice of assessed value for September 15 assessment appeal deadline.
August 3, 2026Historical Vessel/Aircraft Classification Deadline
Last day to file affidavit for classification of documented vessel or aircraft of historical significance for partial reduced assessment/exemption.
August 31, 2026Unsecured Tax Delinquency Date
Taxes on the unsecured roll are considered delinquent if not paid by this date.
September 7, 2026Labor Day
Holiday - Assessor's Office Closed
September 15, 2026Assessment Reduction Application Deadline
Last day to file application for reduction of assessment made in regular assessment period.
November 2, 2026First Property Tax & Personal Property Due
First installment of real property taxes and all taxes on personal property on the secured roll are due and payable.
